Hayley Milthorpe (The Cultured Food Co) will explain the ethos of her business which is the revival of the ancient tradition of preserving foods through fermentation. They are passionate about spreading the word and educating everyone of the importance of having a diverse colony of gut bacteria and how your digestive and immune system benefit from eating live fermented foods.
