The Murphy family run a hotel that has always been highly regarded for culinary excellence while promoting creativity and the use of locally sourced ingredients.
Now, they are inviting aspiring chefs of all levels to dine with the existing team in the Maigue restaurant. This is an opportunity to share with you their food culture as well as their future plans. Positions range from Sous Chef earning €50,000 per annum to Commis Chef.
You will meet with Hugh and Louis Murphy, as well as the wider team who are keen to share their experiences with you.
